A family spirit

since the 17th century

Since the 17th century, our family’s ancestors have been growing vines on the hillsides in the heart of the Champagne terroir, the Côte des Bar. This terroir has given our champagne its unmistakable character.

The history of our champagne business really began in the early 20th century. That was when our family had the highly innovative idea, for that time, to produce and sell its own champagne.

The following generations perpetuated this cultural know-how and taste for excellence. A genuine craftsmanship for which elegance and precision are the watchwords.

Commitment to reasoned growing

A high quality wine is first and foremost down to healthy grapes.

Every day, we work in respect of the environment, by observing nature to preserve the balance of the soil.

Traditional know-how and respect of the eco-system for reasoned, artisan wine-growing. The new generation continues to perpetuate this aim and is constantly seeking the most adapted solutions in line with our commitment.

The soil is nourished by conditioning, is still worked with a raclotte (spade) and the lunar calendar determines the tasks to be carried out in order to respect the biological rhythm of the vine. Our experience and our passion. Our family is a lover of vines!
